Commercial Cladding Cleaning
For our window cleaning clients
Cladding on offices, warehouses and factories gathers dirt, algae and mould that make a building look tired and can shorten the life of the finish. We clean and restore cladding across South Yorkshire, using the right method for your cladding so the surface isn’t damaged.

Cladding cleaning
Why cladding needs regular cleaning
A clean building tells customers you care about how your business is presented. Dirty cladding does the opposite, and left long enough, algae, moss and grime can damage the finish. Many cladding manufacturers also require routine cleaning to keep the warranty valid.
Pressure washing isn’t always the answer: it can damage the coating or the framework behind it. We identify your cladding type first, then choose a method that cleans it safely, on offices, warehouses, distribution centres, factories, dealerships and leisure centres.

How we do it
The right method for your cladding
How often should cladding be cleaned?
It depends on the building and its surroundings, and on your manufacturer’s warranty terms, as many require routine cleaning. We’ll recommend a schedule for your building.
Will cleaning damage our cladding?
No. We identify your cladding type and use a method suited to it, avoiding high-pressure washing that can damage coatings or the framework behind them.
Do you use chemicals on cladding?
Only where they’re needed. Most cladding is cleaned with purified water; where algae, moss or mould needs treating, we use cleaning solutions suited to your cladding.
Do I need to be a window cleaning client?
No, but most of our cladding cleaning work is for businesses whose windows we already clean, and it’s easiest to add to your regular visits. Tell us about your building on the quote form.
