Are Ladders Banned for Window Cleaners?
No, ladders aren’t banned for window cleaners. What the Work at Height Regulations and the HSE say, when a ladder is allowed, and what to ask if you…
Trusted by South Yorkshire businesses since 1995
We keep the windows of offices, shops, schools, factories and care homes spotless across Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster and Barnsley. Most glass is cleaned from the ground with pure-water poles that reach 70ft; for anything higher, we bring in cherry pickers or rope access.
We work for businesses and block management companies, never private houses, and we reply to quote requests within 2 hours during office hours.

Who we clean for
From a single shop front to multi-storey offices and industrial sites, we plan every clean around your opening hours and site rules.

Block management
We clean the windows of dozens of apartment blocks for block management companies, and look after their communal areas too: one reliable contractor for the whole building, with every visit scheduled and confirmed in advance.
How we clean

Purified water is brushed on and left to dry spotless. Our poles reach 70ft from the ground, with no ladders and no chemicals.

For glass above pole height, our specialist access partner provides cherry pickers (MEWPs) and rope access teams, planned and insured.

Squeegee and scrim for shop fronts, entrances and internal glass, wherever a hand finish is best.
Areas we cover
We’re based in Rotherham and clean for businesses throughout Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster and Barnsley, with regular work in Dinnington, Wakefield and Worksop.

Yes. We prepare a risk assessment and method statement (RAMS) for every new site, free of charge. You can request copies once you’ve accepted your quote.
Only when there’s no safer way, and never above 20 feet. Water-fed poles let us clean almost every window from the ground.
We reply to quote requests within 2 hours during office hours (Monday to Friday 8am–5pm, Saturday 8am–12pm). If we need to see the building, the site survey is free.
