There’s no fixed price list, because every building is different. The cost depends on how much glass there is, how high it is and how we reach it, how often it’s cleaned and what’s included. We’ll give you a written price for your building, free, and we reply within 2 hours during office hours.

The more we know about your building, the more accurate your quote. If we can’t price it from the details, we’ll arrange a free site survey.
- Your site postcode
- The type of building and how many floors
- Roughly how many windows, and whether you’d like the inside cleaned too
- How often you’d like them cleaned
- Anything about access: parking, restricted hours or site rules
Photos help
A few photos of the building often let us price it without a visit. Email them to us with your details, or send a quote request and we’ll ask for anything we need.
Why don’t you publish prices?
Because every building is different. Two offices of the same size can need very different access, equipment and time, so we price each building individually. The quote is free and quick.

How quickly will I get a price?
We reply to quote requests within 2 hours during office hours. If we need to see the building first, we’ll arrange a free site survey at a time that suits you.
What should I compare between quotes?
More than the price. Check the company is insured and will show you its certificates, provides a risk assessment and method statement, uses vetted, uniformed staff, and cleans from the ground rather than from ladders wherever it can.
